Well, we're moving right along, aren't we? This week seems a bit heavy on EB and on hair. But I guess that's how some weeks go. Here's what I captured for the week:
- Orchestra concert with Keith and Kristyn Getty (well actually, Getty concert with some accompanyment by the orchestra...). AWESOME!!!!!
- Kellen's temporary mohawk
- EB gets ready for bed (Mom put her pjs on - yes, old boy's pjs - and she embellished. They are definitely more suitable for a girl now). It's so fun to have a baby who likes to be fancy!
- EB's 18-month check-up. A couple months overdue, but she's looking good and didn't even cry for her three shots!
- A is back into hairbows, in a really big way!
- EB's first haircut. Again, not a peep of complaint! Bye-bye mullet!
- Fun Saturday - we took EB to Build-A-Bear for her very own bear (so she wouldn't have to keep swiping K&A's bears for bedtime), then the Claire's for Grandma H to help A pick out a few pairs of new earrings (9 to be exact!), and then the afternoon at the Natural History Museum. This was a memorable visit to a museum - it was the first time that K&A seemed really interested in the actual exhibits. They asked questions, examined things, wanted to read the signs, and talked about what they had learned. Smithsonian here we come!
